  1. Crack 4 eggs into the bowl, make sure no egg shells get into the bowl
  2. Add sugar into the bowl
  3. Add a splash of sake or mirin
  4. Whisk all the ingredients together until eggs look somewhat scrambled
  5. Grease pan with pam
  6. Turn the heat onto medium
  7. Add a small layer of egg onto the pan
  8. When eggs look less liquidy flip them
  9. Repeat proccess until egg mixture is gone
  10. Cut up green onions for later use
