What You Will Need

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- A Splash of Sake or Mirin (Rice Wine)
- 1/2 Tbps of Sugar
- Green Onions (optional)
- Soy Sauce
Supplies
- Bowl
- Square Pan (You can also use a regualr pan)
- Whisk
- Spatula
- Pam (Any type of grease spray)

Time To Get Cooking!
- Crack 4 eggs into the bowl, make sure no egg shells get into the bowl
- Add sugar into the bowl
- Add a splash of sake or mirin
- Whisk all the ingredients together until eggs look somewhat scrambled
- Grease pan with pam
- Turn the heat onto medium
- Add a small layer of egg onto the pan
- When eggs look less liquidy flip them
- Repeat proccess until egg mixture is gone
- Cut up green onions for later use

Final Touches
Transfer the egg onto a plate and slice it. You can now add soy sauce and the cut up green onions on top of the egg!
